    Owner Operators

     

    Jasko Enterprises, Inc. is growing and hiring safe, qualified Owner Operators! As an O/O you have multiple opportunities and incentives to choose from including a percentage or per mile pay plan. Our company is over 90% O/O so we make it easy and convenient to start with no upfront cost, a plate program and an escrow account for your benefit. We pay every Friday if paperwork is received by Wednesday. Fuel cards, checks and advances are available as well. We have brand new 2012 Utility 3000R Reefers with Carriers available to provide with terms if you do not have your own. We run all 48 states focusing primarily on the Southeast, Midwest and West coast regions. References are available upon request.     General Requirements
    • Must have valid Class A license
    • Must be at least 24 years old
    • Must be able to pass DOT physical and eye exam if 65+ years old
    • Must have 3+ years of verifiable OTR experience
    Unacceptable Driver Factors
    • 2 at fault accidents, regardless of payments
    • More than 4 moving violations
    • Combination of 1 at-fault accident and 4 moving violations
    • More than 3 moving violations in the last 12 months
    • Conviction of reckless, careless or negligent driver
    • Conviction of DUI, DWI and/or refusing an alcohol test (open container applies)

    Duties:

    Job Description In this position, you will participate in the efforts to grow the brokerage business unit within JASKO and increase the market presence of JASKO as a premier logistics provider. The main focus of this position is to introduce JASKO value propositions, isolate and identify potential partnerships through a needs analysis approach, manage existing accounts and position JASKO to capture additional market share through a solutions oriented presentation approach. Through your outbound calling efforts, you will develop relationships with a varied amount of customers and shippers daily, building relationships and assessing needs to ensure individual, team and company goals are met in an effort to build the division globally. This position will report directly to a Logistics Coach. Job Responsibilities The responsibilities for this position include but not limited to: · Increase market share from existing account base and new business to business opportunities. · Oversees bid process and spot quoting on all teams freight · Manage customer relationships · Acts as liaison between the shipper and receiver. · Creates annual plan, along with the Logistics Coach, with daily, weekly and monthly goals · Coordinates with administration to ensure that accounts are current · Prepare and coordinate required reporting documentation · Proactively manage exceptions and provide solutions · Ensure goals are met by selling weekly quota · Communicate information timely and accurately
